Dual Language Spanish Language Arts II

In this course, students continue to improve their language proficiency through language study.

In Grade 7, students will:

• Engage and enhance conversations on an array of topics
• Continue development of reading skills to support academic comprehension and appreciation of a variety of reading genres
• Continue development of writing skills to support formal and informal genres
• Complete mid-year (informal) and final year writing projects (research based)
• Develop and acquire information for basic comprehension on the relationship of the Hispanic/Latin culture and American heritage
• Continue development and application of academic research
